My First Notion Song

After exploring Notion a little, I wondered, "What if I wrote a piece for pennywhistle with Notion playing a string ensemble behind it?"

Two violin sections, violas, cellos, basses in the Notion score... then I saved the wav file. Importing it into a multitrack recorder program, I added the two pennywhistle parts. I call it WhistleStop1.

The "Keyboard Shortcut" Song

Notion has a well-designed user interface with logical keyboard shortcuts, helping to make music entry a smooth-flowing process. It crossed my mind to write a song explaining some of these keyboard shortcuts. After listening to this a couple times, you'll have a head start when you begin entering notes.
